Franklin Graham made it abundantly plain that God's Word "never changes, no matter how hard the devil tries." "Rewriting the Bible is part of the Chinese Communist Party's 10-year plan. Good luck is all I have to say," Graham wrote. "The Bible warns about the serious consequences of adding to or taking away from the Word of God. God's Word never changes, no matter how hard the devil tries," he added. Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI), the head of the recently established U.S. House Select Committee on China, wrote an opinion piece that Graham cited. In it, he disclosed that the CCP drives to "sinicize" religion by revising sacred books.
