According to Fox News, Devon Archer reportedly skipped his scheduled testimony on Monday for the third time.   In 2022, Archer, a member of the Biden family's business network and Hunter's "best friend in business," found himself in legal difficulties for scamming a Native American tribal organization.   He was sentenced to pay the victims $43,954,416.75 as restitution.
