Eerie Silence: McConnell Mysteriously Freezes Mid-Speech! (ConcernedPatriot.com) – Mitch McConnell, the minority leader in the U.S. Senate, froze in mid-sentence and appeared ill before being removed from the podium by his aides.   McConnell abruptly stopped speaking in the middle of his sentence.   After a long pause, the 81-year-old was led away from the stage by staff personnel.   McConnell returned behind closed doors, looking as though he needed physical assistance.   According to NBC News, "McConnell returned to the press conference by himself a little later.
