Trump Could Be Facing Indefinite DC Detention Like Other Jan. 6 Defendants (ConcernedPatriot.com) – According to investigative journalist Julie Kelly, Special Counsel Jack Smith "very well could" ask a D.C. judge to deny Donald Trump's release.   She continued saying that Smith will ask to "deny him bail once he is indicted, arrested, and arraigned" on the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.   Kelly discussed the impending indictment of former President Trump with Breitbart News Sunday presenter Joel B.
