EXPLOSIVE: Devon Archer Testifies Joe Biden Was on Speakerphone for 20 Calls (FamilyConservationPAC.com) – Devon Archer, Hunter Biden's closest business associate, told House investigators that Hunter Biden called Joe Biden, then the vice president, more than 20 times with business partners to promote "the brand."   According to Archer's testimony, One of those calls was dinner in China with Jonathan Li of Bohai Harvest RST (BHR).   Through Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a front firm, Hunter Biden and Archer kept their stakes in the business. Archer declared In 2014 that Joe Biden joined Hunter Biden and other business people for dinner at Café Milano in Washington, D.C.
