The directive is said to have been signed on Monday, August 21, according to the official Russian news website "Avia.Pro."
According to Avia.Pro:
"The President of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, signed a decree according to which the deployment of Russian military bases and deployment of cruise missiles will be allowed in the country.
