| (ConcernedPatriot.com) – According to Special Counsel Jack Smith's announcement on Tuesday night, a grand jury in Washington, D.C., indicted former President Donald Trump on charges related to the disturbance at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The indictment was made public the day after President Joe Biden's longtime business associate Devon Archer, who testified before the House Oversight Committee, accused him of participating in a protracted influence-peddling plot.
Trump was charged with four offenses: conspiracy to defraud the United States, impeding an official action, obstruction and attempted obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
