(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – According to reports, Target has informed Mark Levin, a conservative radio personality and attorney, via his publisher that it will not stock his new book, "The Democrat Party Hates America," out of concern that it will anger Democrats who frequent the store.

Levin revealed yesterday on Twitter that his prior novels had all been New York Times bestsellers:

Target's position on Levin's book contrasts with the way the national retailer handled contentious transgender-themed merchandise that it introduced before Pride Month, and that resulted in a nationwide backlash from customers.

Target eventually changed its selection of "LGBTQ" items, as the Associated Press at the time noted:

"Target is removing certain items from its stores and making other changes to its LGBTQ merchandise nationwide ahead of Pride month, after an intense backlash from some customers, including violent confrontations with its workers.
